Damaged Goods Procedure

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

• Take an instant photo of the damaged product with a clear timestamp (including date and time) as proof of delivery and damage.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the photo as evidence.
• We will review the case and initiate a refund or replacement as soon as possible.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the Product is not in its original condition or if the return is not in compliance with our return policy.

Important Notes:

• As a responsible adult, it is your duty to ensure the well-being and care of the live animal. We will not accept returns due to a change of heart or lack of responsibility, such as:
  • No longer wanting the animal
  • Your child not taking care of the animal
  • Any other reason that is not related to the animal’s health or our responsibility as a seller
• If the goods are not damaged, we will take them back. However, if the goods are damaged or not in their original condition, we will not accept the return.

Case-by-Case Resolution

Each return case will be judged individually, taking into account the specific circumstances and facts of the situation. We understand that every case is unique, and we will work to resolve each issue in a fair and reasonable manner. Our goal is to find a mutually beneficial solution that respects the rights and responsibilities of both the customer and our company.

Please be aware that purchasing a live animal is a big responsibility, and we expect our customers to take this responsibility seriously.

Warranty and Liability

• However, we are not liable for any damages or losses caused by the Products, including but not limited to any harm to people or animals.
• Our liability is limited to the price of the Product.
